Purchased this topper for my son who was going away to college. The dorm mattresses have a lot to be desired and this really made a huge difference. After his roommate saw his topper, he had his parents order one for his bed!

I don't really like beds that are too soft, nor do I like them too hard. Putting these toppers on a medium/firm mattress turns out to be the perfect combination. When you lie down, you sink in but not too much. You feel relaxed and coddled, but not like you're sinking into a marshmellow. I like it very much.

My two grandsons recently received a bunkbed, which they LOVED. However, the mattresses that they received with them were as comfortable as sleeping on a sack of rocks. I decided to purchase these pads for them and a pair of waterpoof cloth protectors to go over that. It was like magic when they arrived!! No smell at all, they plumped up quickly, went on the skinny mattresses easily, and have made a huge difference in the quality of sleep for the little boys! In fact, since Denver tends to be cold alot of the time, these memory foam toppers have kept them warm and cozy as well and are firm enough that I can even enjoy a nap on their beds!!! I am really pleased with these purchases!!
